We take our commitment to transparency seriously and are issuing this advisory to correct the record and provide clarity to our global network, so that they can continue to focus on what matters ā building their business.Ā

"Has QNET changed its name?"
FACT:
QNET is still QNET. The company has not changed its name, rebranded, merged, or transitioned into another entity. Any individuals or groups claiming that QNET is now operating under a different name, platform, or structure do not officially represent the company.
RUMOUR:
āI can do business as a QNET Distributor while also doing business with another direct selling company.ā
FACT:
No. QNETās Policies and Procedures prohibit Independent Distributors from participating in another direct selling or network marketing company while building a QNET business. Doing this can result to immediate suspension or the termination of your contract with QNET.
RUMOUR:
"Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd., the Indian franchisee of QNET, is shutting down its business operations in India."
FACT:
Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd. poursuit ses activitĆ©s commerciales en Inde conformĆ©ment aux lois applicables et aux exigences rĆ©glementaires en vigueur. La sociĆ©tĆ© continue de servir activement ses clients et dāassurer lāapprovisionnement de ses produits sans interruption.
RUMOUR:
āDistributorsā Tracking Centres (TCs) are being migrated to another company.āā
FACT:
There is no migration process from QNET to any other company, and no one can transfer or block your TC without consent. Any request to āmoveā means you are being asked to leave QNET and join a different company. Once you leave, you will no longer earn commissions from your QNET business, and your BV and network position cannot be transferred.
RUMOUR:
"QNET has been getting others' accounts suspended."
FACT:
No, we are not ordering any social media accounts to be suspended or deleted. We are busy building a strong business for our Independent Distributors instead.
RUMOUR:
"QVIās contract with QNET is expiring soon and QNET will lose the entire QVI product line."
FACT:
QNET retains full control of its vacation business, QVI. Our focus remains on delivering high-quality vacation products and fulfilling all booking requests with the highest level of service. Reports suggesting otherwise are false and misleading, designed only to create doubt among our valued members.
RUMOUR:
āQNET is shutting down, merging, or losing its ability to pay commissions.ā
FACT:
QNET remains operational, financially stable, and committed to continuing its business without interruption. There are no plans to shut down or merge with any external entity.
RUMOUR:
āQNET has removed eKYC requirements or is operating without compliance.ā
FACT:
eKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) remains a mandatory global compliance requirement. QNET continues to prioritise security, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
RUMOUR:
āBV can be transferred to another company.ā
FACT:
Business Volume (BV) is exclusive to QNETās compensation structure and cannot be transferred outside the company.
RUMOUR:
āRequests for IDs, genealogy data, or account details via WhatsApp/Telegram are official.ā
FACT:
These are fraudulent tactics. QNET will never request sensitive personal information through unofficial channels.
