- Go to the Virtual Office login page
- Click on “Forgot Password” and enter your IDN
- Check your inbox of your registered email address
- If you have not verified your email before, click on the verification link
- You will receive a verification code; if you cannot find it, please check your Spam/Junk folder
- Enter the code
- Create a new password and confirm it by retyping it
- Click on “Continue”
Note:
The password must be at least 6 characters long and may include letters (a-z, A-Z), numbers (0-9), and special characters (_!@#%$^&*(),+?).
Repeated or sequential characters (e.g., abc, 321, aaa, 444) are not allowed.
